Clinical Framework

What Is Bibliotherapy?

The intentional use of selected books and stories within psychotherapy to explore emotions, beliefs, coping patterns and relationships. Literature supports treatment; it does not replace psychotherapy.

For women accustomed to performing competence while privately navigating anxiety and exhaustion, narrative mirrors complex emotional truths when everyday language falls short.
